I'm Jill.

Inspired by my roommate, I bought my first 35mm SLR camera, a second hand Pentax, after I graduated from college. The Pentax served me well for a lot of years. In 2013, on the eve of my first business trip to the east coast, I bought my first digital SLR, which freed me from film and became my "everyday fancy" camera. Over the years, I have given my photos as gifts and people said that I should make my work more public. I don't consider myself an "artsy" type, but I was to get over my discomfort with putting my photos on display (mostly) and started fojilto.
